V3 Super Lock R32/R33/R34/Z32 Pro Drop Knuckles
Introducing the V3 GKTECH Super Lock Pro Drop Front Knuckles for R32, R33, R34, and Z32 models. These knuckles represent a significant evolution from our previous designs, leveraging extensive Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to deliver a lightweight, sheet metal construction that enhances both strength and agility.
Designed to achieve over 65 degrees of steering lock effortlessly, these knuckles ensure a precise, linear steering response ideal for both drift and circuit racing applications. The adjustable ackermann feature allows for fine-tuning between ackermann and parallel steering setups with a single insert on the tie rod pickup.
Key Features:
- Enhanced spindle height for improved roll center and bump steer correction
- Over 65 degrees of steering lock capability
- Adjustable ackermann for tailored steering characteristics
- Lightweight design, reducing weight by 3.08 lbs per knuckle
- Available in specific versions for R32/Z32 and R33/R34 platforms
- Provides a linear steering response for optimal control
Further refinements include:
- Increased steering angle of 60-65° (varies with steering rack and modifications)
- Reduced bump steer and camber gain for more consistent tire wear and increased grip
- Raised roll center height to enhance chassis stability
- Minimized jacking and tire scrub for improved handling and grip
- Total weight reduction of 2.8 kg reduces unsprung mass for enhanced road adherence
- Based on precise 3D scanned OEM knuckle dimensions
- CAD engineered for precision, FEA optimized for durability and weight savings
- Utilizes high-strength CrMo steel throughout
- CNC machined components for straightforward installation
- TIG welded construction ensures strength, lightness, and aesthetic appeal
- Zinc coating provides durability against corrosion
- Not compatible with wheel speed sensors
The V3 GKTECH Super Lock Pro Drop Front Knuckles set a new standard in performance and reliability, ideal for drivers seeking uncompromising steering precision and responsiveness on the track.

GKTECH R CHASSIS STEERING KNUCKLE (R32/R33/R34/Z32 FRONT KNUCKLES)
Installation Notes
- For Z32 owners these knuckles are designed on using a J-arm top bearing with I.D of 28mm, this is 98% of all J-arms, but may be worth checking to ensure it is a straight fit. If not, the 28mm I.D bearing can be purchased and will be needed.
- Also for Z32 owners, these knuckles will only work with the use of either OEM S/R outer tie rod ends, or ours which can be seen here:
S/R Chassis M14 Tie Rod Ends
- Only suits RWD steering setups. GTS-4 and GTR front suspension setups are different and these knuckles will NOT work with them.
- When using R34 front brake calipers the mounting holes need to be drilled out from 12mm to 14mm (there is enough material to cater for the increase in hole diameter).
- Does NOT have a provision for ABS
- If you are running Gktech front brake lines please check the brake line clearance on full lock between the J-arm and the brake line as depending on your setup, it may interfere and the J-arm brace needs to be clearanced to suit.
