Returns & Exchanges

At GKTech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your GKTech account, select the order you wish to return, and click the 'Request Return' button to generate your unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
